from Florence.....He was very patient with his tardy passengers....and
worked magic in getting us in the Galleria Academia even though we were
rather late in getting back to him......At any rate, the trip to Florence
was perfect....So perfect that when we are asked what our favorite stop was,
we respond, "Florence." without a second thought....

I would be remiss if I didn't send you a quick note to thank you for the wonderful day that we experienced with your company in beautiful Tuscany.
Despite the fact that Aug 15th was a National holiday where virtually all the towns were closed for the day we were able to experience that region due to the flexibility and inginuity of Enrico.
His ability to customize an interesting program around the challenges the day presented is a credit to him.
Enrico was right at the gangway when we exited the ship and there were no delays in getting our day started.
We loved Pisa... the tower is so much more impressive in person.
Lucca was nice to see but clearly was shut down for the holiday so Enrico toured us in the country side.
We were very impressed when the owner of the Valle de Sole winery came to see us and conduct a wine tasting despite the winery being closed. This was thanks to Enrico making a call to the owner. It is perhaps one of our most favorite memories of the entire trip and we had lots of great moments!!! 15.06.2006

We wanted to take the time to thank and compliment our drivers/guides while in Tuscany and Florence and Pisa. Santi and Giovanni (please excuse the spelling) were very helpful and informative. We loved the Tuscan landscape and the wine tasting tour at the Verrazzano Castle was the highlight. What a fabulous place and tour. Santi knew all the great back roads with great views and gave us lots of cultural and historical information. Plus a quick stop at the American Memorial! Bonus!
With time to spare we decided to take a quick trip to Florence and they were very accommodating. We did have our little lost walking escapade, but that just added spice to the trip, we were never in any real danger of being lost. I had Santi's cell phone number, and now a story to tell.
Next, onto Pisa to finish out a wonderful tour of the area and back to the ship with time to spare.

- *We very much enjoyed the private tour and cinque terre. It was very interesting - the old, historic villages built on the edge of the mountains were something to see!
We did find our time in Italy to be very hot - we actually shortened our cinque terre tour so that we could get into an air conditioned car and then took the opportunity to stop and see Pisa on the way back to the ship.
I will recommend your company to others traveling to Livorno.
Thanks to you and Enrique. HopE he got his son off to US safely. I should also add that we enjoyed Enrique's insights on the history, economy, politics and current living in Italy.
We are now safely back in Canada.

The two vans were very comfortable and the drivers were extremely pleasant and professional. I only regret that we did not have more time in Tuscany - but my family and I will be back soon. We will be touring ourselves (not cruising) so that we can spend much more time in the areas which we enjoyed in Italy.

- We are 16 Danish guys, who had the pleasure every year to visit Italy, to ride the bikes in the mountains.
For 2 consecutive years, we arrive at Pisa Airport in the middle of the night, and Alessandro and his "night"crew has very professionally escorted us to our hotels and back again to the Airport some days later.
One year we went to Lucca, last year it was south of Florence, and we have already planed the trip for 2009 to Florence and of course we have booked the ride with EnjoyTuscany.

- Howdy Allesandro, I just wanted to thank you for your part in helping our family to have a wonderful vacation. I thought you may like to know how each day went and how each of your drivers and guides are doing. This may help you with future tours. Sergio was totally outstanding. Sergio has excellent English speaking skills and we were able to understand all he said. This man is a wealth of knowledge and kept up informed about all that we were seeing. He was such a delight and we felt he went above and beyond in every aspect. Our guide, Antonio, in Pompeii was an excellent guide and did an outstanding job touring us in Pompeii. We wish we had many hours to tour that wonderful site. It was eye opening. Our guide for the Vatican - Guido, was top notch. He had excellent English skills and the man is a virtual Vatican encyclopedia. He gave us in depth knowledge about the Vatican. He was wonderful and our tour with him was outstanding. Mirko was such a pleasant and helpful driver. He is quiet, but so attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to see that we got to every place we had wanted to see. He arranged a wonderful lunch place for us and saw that we were picked up right next to all we went to see. He was delightful and we really did enjoy him. Catherine is a real winner. She is so knowledgeable about her areas and we had great fun with her. She was a true guide and showed us France in a marvelous way. We will certainly remember her as a high light of our tours. - Alessandro, Now I have returned, I just want to say that both days worked out very well and both the drivers, Giorgio and Sergio were very good. We had enjoyable and busy days. I have given your name to our agent, who may pass it on to his clients.I only have one small suggestion. In Naples the driver was not permitted inside the port area where we were waiting. Its not his fault , but if we knew we would have walked out sooner and found him. Perhaps you could warn clients. The ship didn't tell us. - Hi Alex, We had a terrific day. Santi, our driver was exceptional and both my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with him. The tour in Lucca was also great and we had a lovely lunch in Pietrasanta. Unfortunately all the shops were closed for siesta in Pietrasanta which pleased my husband no end as his Euros were safe. We also had a quick drive through Forte dei Marmi and stopped to purchase some Italian wine so all in all it was a great day. Thank you so much for ALL your efforts in arranging it . I can now understand why my clients are so happy with Enjoytuscany! We had an excellent guide at Ostia Antica today with only 10 other cruise guests but it is still not the same as having our own guide.
